OVERVIEW

Infrared led 5mm is a circular through-hole LED infrared emission tube, also called ir led 5mm, with a diameter of 5mm and multiple sizes in height;

The 5mm infrared LED is made of gallium phosphide light-emitting diodes. 5mm IR infrared wavelengths include 940nm 850nm 880nm LEDs, power 0.06w-0.25w

FEATURES
