Precautions

Operation precautions:

1.1. Use tweezers or a suitable tool to handle the component sideways.

1.2. Do not touch or handle the surface of silicone lenses directly. Otherwise, the internal circuit may be damaged.

1.3. Do not stack assembled PCBs with exposed LEDs on top of each other. Vibration may scratch the silicone lens or damage the internal circuitry.

Silicone is softer and more flexible than the hard and brittle epoxy encapsulation material. Although its properties significantly reduce thermal stress, it is more susceptible to damage from external mechanical forces.

Therefore, special handling precautions need to be observed when assembling with silicone-encapsulated LED products. Failure to comply can result in LED damage and premature failure.

2.1. Do not open the moisture-proof bag before using the product.

2.2. LEDs should be stored at 30°C or lower, 60%RH or lower before opening the package.

2.3. LEDs should be used within one year.

2.4. After opening the package, the LED should be stored in an environment below 30℃ and below 60%RH.

2.5. LEDs should be used within 24 hours after opening the package.

2.6. If the moisture absorbing material falls off or the LED exceeds the storage time, it needs to be baked
